Hier finden Sie die Teilnahmebedingungen für die hochschul- und mediendidaktischen Angebote des Bereichs LehrePlus.

1. Teilnehmer:innen

Das hochschul- und mediendidaktische Angebot LehrePlus des Zentrums für Lehren und Lernen richtet sich an Lehrende (auch Lehrbeauftragte) der Hochschule Bremen. Die Teilnahme an den Veranstaltungen ist kostenfrei.

2. Angebot und Zusage

Alle hochschul- und mediendidaktischen Workshopangebote für Lehrende werden auf der Homepage des Zentrums für Lehren und Lernen im Bereich LehrePlus veröffentlicht. Die Anmeldung erfolgt durch das Ausfüllen und Absenden des entsprechenden Onlineformulars. Die Teilnehmenden erhalten daraufhin eine automatische Antwort, dass die Anmeldung eingegangen ist.
Sie werden im 2. Schritt in die Liste der Angemeldeten aufgenommen und erhalten eine Anmeldebestätigung. Sollte ein Workshop bereits belegt sein, wird die Anmeldung auf eine Warteliste gesetzt. Ein Anspruch auf einen Workshopplatz besteht nicht.
Eine Anmeldung ist verbindlich. Sollte dennoch eine Stornierung nötig sein, wird darum gebeten, diese so bald wie möglich per Mail an zll@hs-bremen.de zu senden – spätestens 3 Tage vor Workshopbeginn – um anderen Lehrenden die Teilnahme zu ermöglichen.

3. Durchführung des Angebots und Ausfall

Das Zentrum für Lehren und Lernen ist verpflichtet, die Workshopangebote nach Maßgabe der Ankündigung durchzuführen. Zeitliche, örtliche und personelle Änderungen sind vorbehalten.
Sollte jedoch die festgesetzte Mindestteilnehmer:innenanzahl sieben Tage vor Beginn des Angebots nicht erreicht sein oder die/der Dozent:in die Veranstaltung kurzfristig absagen, werden die Teilnehmer:innen umgehend informiert und die Veranstaltung abgesagt. Ein Anspruch auf Erstattung von dadurch entstehenden Kosten wie beispielsweise Fahrtkosten oder Hotelkosten besteht nicht.

4. Teilnahmebescheinigung

Eine Teilnahmebescheinigung wird ausgestellt, wenn ein:e Teilnehmer:in eine Mindestteilnahmedauer von 80 % der Workshopzeit erreicht und sich aktiv im Workshop eingebracht hat.

5. Elektronische Speicherung von persönlichen Daten

Das Zentrum für Lehren und Lernen speichert und verarbeitet zur Erfüllung seiner Aufgaben personenbezogene Daten, die es im Anmeldeverfahren und zur Durchführung der Weiterbildungsangebote benötigt. 1. Participants

The higher education and media didactics program LehrePlus of the Centre for Teaching and Learning is aimed at lecturers of the Hochschule Bremen. Participation in the courses is free of charge.

2. Offers and Confirmation

All higher education and media didactics offers for lecturers are published on the homepage of the Center for Teaching and Learning in the LehrePlus section. Registration is done by filling out and submitting the corresponding online form. Participants will then receive an automated response confirming that their registration has been received.

In the second step, they will be added to the list of registered participants and receive a registration confirmation. If a workshop is already full, the registration will be placed on a waiting list. There is no entitlement to a workshop spot.

Registration is binding. If a cancellation is necessary, please send an email to zll@hs-bremen.de as soon as possible – at least 3 days before the workshop begins – to allow the participation of other lecturers.

3. Implementation and Cancellation of Workshops

The Center for Teaching and Learning is obligated to implement the workshop offers in accordance with the announcement. However, time, location and personnel can be subject to change. If the minimum number of participants is not reached seven days before the start of the course or if the instructor cancels at short notice, the participants will be informed immediately, and the workshop will be canceled. Participants are not entitled to reimbursement of costs incurred, such as travel or hotel expenses.

4. Certificate of Attendance

A certificate of participation will be issued if a participant has attended at least 80% of the workshop time and has actively participated in the workshop.

5. Electronic Storage of Personal Data

In order to fulfill its tasks, the Center for Teaching and Learning stores and processes personal data, necessary during the registration process and for conducting continuing education programs.
