Goal
Upon completion of the workshop, participants will be able to:
demonstrate increased awareness that assumptions about effective teaching and appropriate classroom behaviour may vary across cultural contexts;
identify and critically reflect on cultural dimensions influencing both their own teaching practices and students' classroom behaviour;
evaluate their own level of intercultural competence and identify strategies and resources for its further development;
apply practical approaches to designing and facilitating more interculturally inclusive teaching and learning environments.
