Prompt Workshop for Students
Content
The prompt workshop for students teaches the functionalities, typical characteristics and pitfalls of working with generative AI systems: from a general introduction to research tools, effective prompting and quality assurance.
It is a guided self-learning unit in AULIS (‘Prompt Workshop for Students learning module’). This means you can complete it at your own pace.
Here is the link to the learning module:

The learning module contains various chapters in which the different topics are explored in videos. There are also knowledge questions to reinforce the newly acquired knowledge. At the end of each chapter, accompanying learning tasks are set.
If you would like to receive a certificate of participation for completing the learning module, or if you would like to include it as Flexi 0.5 for a FlexModule, please complete these tasks. All information on this and a template can be found in the learning module in AULIS.
Target group
HSB students
Goal
After completing this learning module, you should be able to …
- evaluate generative AI systems based on their operating principles.
- influence the behaviour of the systems and take their respective limitations into account.
- distinguish between different types of AI research tools and select them appropriately.
- take legal and data protection issues into account when using them.
- implement quality control for prompts.
